Harney taught that songlines on the ground are mirrored in the sky so that star knowledge traces a route to water and food.
Norris and Harney (2014) give examples, including a Yolŋu Morning Star path from Yirrkala that other language groups still recognise along an east-west line.
Fuller et al. record an Euahlayi eaglehawk songline from Heavitree Gap to Byron Bay, tying Achernar, Canopus, and Sirius. That belongs in a future Gamilaraay expansion, not in this Wardaman card.
