Founder story & technical moat
Amir (pen name Rae, @wordrae) is the solo founder of Mercury 91 under Alphesda Interactive Pty Ltd in Melbourne. Art and engineering ship in one stack: handcrafted 3D Universe, dream journaling with Sally AI, and a mindful social layer.
Technical moat: Next.js 15 + React 19 + Three.js/R3F Universe with real astronomical data, Firebase entitlements, Gemini billing guardrails, and production Stripe lifetime checkout. Magnets (events, capsules, tours) compound the signature journey without replacing the art.
