Mercury 91 Seasons
Seasons are coming to bring more content and features on a regular basis now that the core features are set.
I'm pretty much done with the core features of Mercury 91. From Dream logging and analysis, to star posts and the other suite of tools accessible from the Universe and other pages. What I now want to focus on the Mercury 91 platform is more 3D interactive explorations. I'm thinking of having multiple constellations that can be accessed via your very own spaceship !
Currently the user can move through the space using the mouse or touch on mobile. There are heaps to explore but it's no where close to what I'm envisioning. The biggest challenge is optimisation of new 3d models and motions. I'm thinking of keeping the same universe page and when we reach the threshold of a new constellation, I unmount the previous constellation and then load the new one. However, at any time if a user clicks the journal then their planet, it needs to take the user back to the home solar system.
